Would you buy it if it came out on the PS3/360? It's heartbreaking knowing that they keep on canceling the development on this project. I found both Battlefronts to be really amazing and fun. Would it sell great if it did come out for PS3/360?

I played the absolute shit out of the original. The second one seemed kind of like a whiff to me... not bad, but not nearly as compulsively playable as the first.

I'm really amazed they haven't made one for the HD twins yet. It's the very kind of game for which Live and PSN are made. If they announce and then cancel yet another Battlefront this generation, I might just end it all!

They are up there with my girlfriends favorite games.

I'm pretty fond of them as well... I loved flying into an enemy star destroyer taking out the generators and autoguns and then stealing a Tie Bomber to finish the job.

I loved the games. They were like Battlefield but awesome. However I'd rather not see them made for consoles but for PC only. The moment Battlefield hit the consoles with Bad Company it started sucking pretty bad. Even Bad Company 2 was pretty bad compared to BF.

I'd buy it day 1. The first 2 were amazing.

If there was hypothetically a SW Battlefront 3 it should have splitscreen battles with bots like the first 2. That was the best part.

I'd love to see a third one. I played the heck out of the second one on my PSP. And I agree, Live and PSN were made for this kind of game. Hope to see Battlefront 3 before this generation of consoles end.

It would be a day 1 purchase for me.
