If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, Obsidian flatters the hell out of Bioware quite a bit, but this looks like it's going to be fun. I hope they work on the rather stilted animations and the bad lip synching, but as far as spy RPG's go, this one's going to be hard to beat. I've already got this preordered, anyone else looking forward to it?

I dunno the only WRPG's I have liked are Oblivion & KOTOR 1/2 (Like is an understatament they are some of my best games of all time)

Will I like this game commonman?

I've been super psyched for it for what seems like years now, but it's too bad it's releasing so close to 3D Dot Game Heroes and Red Dead Redemption. Will definitely pick it up at some point, though. The timed dialogue thing seems like a good way to add some tension to talking to NPCs.

These are the guys that made KotOR 2, which in my opinion is better (gameplaywise at least) than the first one. They also did the sequel to Neverwinter Nights, which I haven't played but the PC guys say is pretty awesome.

I actually didn't like Fallout 3 much either. I picture this to be kind of a Mass Effect/Splinter Cell kind of game, where you get the cool dialogue tree of Mass Effect but you get to trick out your arsenal of cool spy gadgets AND upgrade your skills, RPG style. If that sounds good to you then you'll probably like it.

I haven't played ME or Splinter cell, but I'll be playing ME on my new laptop when I get it (soon)
