Forums - Nintendo - Monster Hunter Tri, a hit in Others?

My local Media Markt (live in Sweden) didn't have the classic controller bundle so I had to buy the non-bundle.

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

will this sell 1 million in others + NA?

End of 2009 Predictions (Set, January 1st 2009)

Wii- 72 million   3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak

PS3- 29 million  Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut

I hope that Europeans bought the game because it's a good game and not because it's published by Nintendo. Nintendo is publishing the game in Europe.

I hope it is actually a hit so Capcom won't blame the core market
and yes this game deserves big

I don't know, I haven't seen any TV ad yet, but it's also true that I do not usually watch TV nowadays, only at lunch time.

There are no TV ads here for MH3, but in some shops there are huge cardboard posters for the game, with TV's showing gameplay.

I have the feeling people here are hyped and interested.

No TV ads? So what is this?

That's what you see when you start up the game and don't press any buttons.

It's definitely not a TV ad.

3 french commercials

Better than the UK one I saw on TV.
