Should the PS3 have stuck with the PS2's L2/R2 buttons?

Yes, I like the PS2 buttons 53 32.52%

No, I like the PS3 buttons 89 54.60%

I don't care 21 12.88%

I personally prefer the old buttons because the triggers just don't feel right.

I like them.

Yes, I still don't like using those slippy squishy triggers.

I like the new ones, take a bit of getting used to but they are great for racing games and I have never had any problems using them!

I prefer the triggers as they are easier to use for analogue functions and don't catch like the L2/R2 buttons used to. Plus they aren't to trigger like which can sometimes feel wrong, like the 360 pad and anything other than shooting a gun.

I prefer them to the PS2 buttons. The top of the triggers isn't great, but at least they're analog.

You could try getting Real Triggers. Never tried them myself, but some seem to prefer them.

Yes, the SIXAXIS and DS3 triggers are *terrible* and the fact so many people buy those little plastic addons are really a testament to how bad they are. Now that I put on those things my fingers don't constantly slip off the triggers and I like my controller again.

Put me in with this.

Also, I can't put down a controller during a turnbased game without it frantically messing everything up because the triggers press themselves against the floor.

So far my only problem with them appears when I am playing Zone of the Enders. You need those to flib upwards and downwards and you need to press them quickly and it just doesn't work as smoothly as it worked with the DS2.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

I'm used to them now. I prefer them over the ps2 buttons.
