He used countless IPs to make alts, and thus when he was permabanned, he got fined 2k per IP.

I was in the red a similar amount when Naz perma'd me for lulz, because at some point my IP became dynamic (a year ago it was static... something that caused me a good bit of trouble), so I got fined for a good 30-40 different IPs.
