Yeah, i also sometimes lament the ever increasing amount of pokemon with no changes to the story. This obviously can't continue, or the pokemon will get increasingly more lame. The game's complexity and sheer numbers already ensures that almost no one actually catches them all. Kinda depressing actually. Hopefully Black and White can rectify this. That being said, I do like a good amount of the new pokemon.

I'm thinking of adding a Honchkrow to my party. He just looks badass, like a gangster with his fedora and pokedex descriptions. lol

To get hoenn/sinnoh pokemon, do I have to play Rby/Spre and Dmd/Prl again and trade them over? I remember starting new files on those games just before I quit playing them for some reason ;_;

I love that game. I've gotten over 50k coins I once thought I beat level 8, but then I was on level 8 when I checked. I'm not sure if there is a level cap or not.

Anyways, I have like 120-140. I haven't checked in a while, but I know I'm well over 100.

Also, I don't know if anyone else mentioned this, but you can get a Charmander if you beat Red and talk with Professor Oak.

Yup, you get a Kanto Starter by talking to Professor Oak after defeating Red and you get a Hoenn Starter by talking to Steven on Sylph Co. on Saffron City.
