PS3 guess it haves franchises that I loved from the PS2 time.
Can change the next years of course.

1. I will have all three.
2. If i had to get only 1 it'd be the 360.
3. That said i'll get the PS3 first cause i'll be moving in with someone with a 360. Assuming there is still a version with backwords compatability somewhere.
4. I'll still likely buy a 360 while living with him, for when I am not. I mean i'd need something to play all the 360 games i'd buy.

I want to say 360 (because that's been what I've been thinking for a year now), but I'm not sure, really.
360s are still having tremendous hardware issues (I have a "friend" who's had 6 different 360s replaced by Microsoft within this last year. He bought a PS3 first, realized it sucked at the time (he's rather impatient), then returned it and got a 360, which he's replaced sixfold since then). However, the 360 has a better library... right now.
PS3s, on the other hand, are much more solid in their construction, but they're too expensive and they don't have a great library yet. Their library is improving, though. However, I'd have to get an 80GB one because I want backwards compatibility, and I'm not sure I'd want to spend that extra cash. Plus, I don't have as much a guarantee of finding many games I'd be interested in.
I'm really not sure. I'd actually probably rather save the money for a PC, as well.

As of right now, I'd take the 360, and contrary to Leo-J's wild accusations, I have actual reasons for it.
- Right now it has far more games, and far better games. I really want it for NFS:MW though, if you can believe that. Man that was a good game.
- Failure rate is of no real concern to me. Why? I have a Wii, which I'd be playing more anyway.
- Multiplatform games seem to be better on 360 for the most part at the moment. I figure this is probably due to the legendary difficulties of programming for the PS3, but again, as I'm basing this off of what's currently out, I rule in favor of the 360.
- There's no real difference in graphics, and I don't have a high-def setup.
- I have not once seen a game on the PS3 that made me wish I had the system.
I do not buy Microsoft products; If I had to buy a second console, which I am not going to, I would buy a 360.

I have a second console and it's a Wii. My first is a PS3 :)
