Anyways the Game looks Great, im hyped for it.

If you mean like this site hype wise, well maybe Nintendo fans are just a little more modest when it comes to their releases (aside from Zelda of course haha). However, marketing, at least in America, has been outrageous. I've already seen commercial advertising, numerous internet marketing for the past 2 months, and in-store marketing for the past 2 months. This is actually a rather large marketing campaign, ones usually reserved for well-established brands in the region. I'm assuming it's similar over in Europe.

That's actually one of the reasones I expect this game to surprise, especially on first shipments which could be rather large to the west (well over 500k maybe). Nintendo and Capcom have so far done a very good job with marketing. So the hype machine not only is there but has been there for awhile. We'll just see how that translates into sales.

Its actually the most hyped, non-Nintendo made Wii game at the moment, and thats pretty big seeing that Other M is also comming. People are not getting hyped for the game on this site because previous entries failed to get a massive market penetration in the west, and we come here mostly for the sales numbers

Still, Tri might be different, and judging by preorder sales it will be far bigger then any other western released MH game. Still, I have my doubts that they will manage to sell enough to cover the advertisement costs, but I hope that it will surprise us all, seeing how great the reviews are thus far

My most hyped Wii game of the year besides Galaxy 2, Tales of Graces, and Zangeki (if it ever makes it here).

I'm just so backed up on games atm, it's hard to fit in the hype for a yet to be released game right now.

its great I'm getting it day 1 witch is the 20th, but I don't no anybody else getting it either witch is ashame because its the first game we could actually meet each other wiispeak, no friend codes, start a nintendo community around this one game and share frindcodes for other games that have the burden of having them and share wii codes to send one another but obviously alot of people don't want that kind of online greatness the 360 has, just imagine if this game sold 1million in the usa or europe that would be the first time that happened and the game would probably remain a console exclusive and at the same time it would let other 3rd parties no that "yeah were still out their waiting for that one good game we never got from any of them" and the only real few good games we got from them weren't the same as the games they put on the other console and I read so many threads talking really bad about the conduit meanwhile their the only 3rd party who hasn't treated us completely different...................

we need to open up a thread and all vote on the few best 3rd party games and buy them although another game might be out their we want more and if that was even possible to convince atleast half the ppl on this site to do it then the game would do atleast a few hundred better.................

daily we need to make a thread voting on the same game and all agree to buy it and meet online just to make sure the other person isn't a lying dick.............

hype doesn't equal sales.

You can see that by Killzone 2 and Wii Fit sales. One was hyped even in mars, and sold ok, the other was hated even before launch and look how it sells.

I haven't noticed much hype in the UK, I've seen one advert on tv and that's it. I have however pre ordered it after some very positive early reviews. I was tempted since I saw the first trailer but it really does sound like a game I'll enjoy.

I mainly meant Hype on this site but yeah. If they use my Capcom Unity ID for monster hunter which i think they will, (which i actually made for monster hunter 1 and still use it today :D) then my name is also SoulSamurai on there.
