Forums - Gaming - Dear Ubisoft, **** You

I wonder if Ubisoft is trying to become the new EA (quality wise). I was looking at Destructoid news and came across this very funny AC glitch "The mean Altair"

http://www.destructoid.com/weekend-destructainment-big-jerk-edition-55330.phtml

That is ok. I was looking for a this video on youtube so I could post it without linking you to that crappy site. Instead I found dozens of glitches (sorry no link for the first one). This is inexcusable. Who proof test these games? Monkeys? It looks like monkeys develop their games.

Should we pay Ubisoft for these games? I remember a lot of similar glitches with Red Steel (mediocre game)

Video and sound quality sucks, I know.

Edit

Pop sands of time - had a rare glitch that required restarting the game (similar to Zelda TP cannon room glitch) save in a specific time frame and it is game over

Pop WW - had several bugs that required restarting the game from earlier saves or from the beggining

I'm more angry at the people who made videos of such shitty quality.

I think those are pretty funny and entertaining actually

How is destructoid crappy?

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

Ubisoft is definitely getting lazy. They used to be known for tripple A games like splinter cell, rainbow six , etc. Then Red Steel, Naruto ROTN, and various other cash ins is hurting them

Lame jokes, Wii bashing, PS3 bashing, minor MS ass licking, inconsistent reviews, vulgar language from users and administrators, too many xenophobic and homophobic comments, teenager mentality and some more.

I think alot of dev studios are strugglling with the new platforms at the moment. If a studio of the stature of Bioware can't get Mass Effect runnign smoothly on one platform what chance do Ubisoft have in getting AC to run well on 3.

I didn't check out the videos posted here, but there's one video where the clone event happened where the guy playing the game was able to murder himself with the clone which caused a game over. I thought it was pretty funny.

Aren't you from a country in which most people don't pay for their games anyways?  So... what's the problem again?

This kind of thing is pretty common on PC. It's likely due to how complex the games are becoming to make, especially sandbox titles.
