Level 5's new game looks like it could be released on the 3DS.

Time Traveller was announced in the new issue of Japanese magazine Famitsu, yet Level 5 boss Akihiro Hino said it's "for hardware that isn't in this world yet," prompting rumours that it could be coming to 3DS.

The game is based on time travel, and writer Jiro Ishii is on board. His previous work includes the critically acclaimed Japan-only adventure game, 428.

Yesterday, Hino tweeted that Level 5 are working on 5 as-yet-unannounced games. That's one down...

No that was a typo, they are working on 1 game thats gonna be announced.

Still it could be a new proffesor layton game for DS but not 3DS.

Or it could be Dragon Quest XI

OH there is a new Dragon Quest game coming for Wii, it's on here, out in Japan this summer, so that's that and Xenoblade, seems like Wii will own this Summer.  http://www.officialnintendomagazine.co.uk/article.php?id=16567

What about Ni No Kuni? Wasn't that supposed to be ported somewhere?

Unfortunately, that DQ game is a port of a 3 year old arcade game. It will sell, but I don't expect it to be a big seller.
