Well Nintendo will make the most news, and have the biggest hype coming out of E3, Natal and the Sony Wand are going to basically flop, so nothing there, Nintendo will have 3DS and the Vitality sensor, massive hype for both

Sony > Nintendo > Microsoft

i think everyone will feel differently about what will be shown since all of them will have a lot to show. it ends up being a matter of what interests you the most.

i put nintendo ahead of microsoft cause i have no interest in any of its games or Natal. Nintendo has 3ds and some rpgs they might show footage of, i hope.

i'm still hoping for some FFVersus XIII trailer, FFXIV release date, etc. I'm really curious about whether Sony was able to keep some secrets for this year or not :P

As much as it probably shouldn't be, it very much is a competition. We've seen what one bad E3 can do, or one good one. The only reason Natal isn't a laughingstock right now is because of Microsoft's incredible pitch for it last year. Nintendo's self-damage at E3 2008 still hasn't really been shaken off in terms of how the idea of it still resonates through the media, and it took Sony 2 years to fix the damage from E3 06

I picked Nintendo because I'm a Wii owner. Honestly, I don't know who's going to win because Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo all should have great things to show.

New handheld VS New controler for 5 year old console VS "New" Controler for 4 year old console.

... umh wonder who deserves the more attention...

I think 3DS will steal the show for sure with Zelda not too far behind.

Sony. PSP2, Move, GT5 (most likely the final build), 3D gaming, and possibly PS2 emulated BC. Not to mention numerous other potential game reveals like Twisted Metal, Last Guardian, WKC2, Agent, and whatever that huge exclusive announcement they were hinting at is. And non-game related but maybe something on the Uncharted movie. Obviously they're shooting for something big since their press conference is scheduled last.

And of course the follow-up thread after E3 will have the exact same results, regardless of what happens. Even if Sony didn't show up to the conference.

Nintendo will most likely dominate with the 3DS, we might even see a recreate of something similar that happened at E3 2006 where everyone was running to play the Wii. Plus they're gonna show a new Zelda.
Microsoft might actually put up a fight though as long as they show what Natal can really do besides at looking at the bottom of an Avatars foot.
And for Sony let's just hope they don't announce Genji 3.

Zelda Wii will beat out the combined forces of every game in the entire E3.

Unless Blizzard is there.
