Nintendo - they will be bringing new exciting hardware in form of DS3. Only Sony can drop bigger megaton if they can annouce PSP2 (as obviously Sony game lineup will be much more superior to Nintendo as always) but i think they won't.

Nintendo will win for me with Zelda Wii, 3DS, retro studios new project, and maybe pikmin 3. Also I think they will shock the media with vitality sensor crazyness,might pull a wii fit.
