Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time possibly...
Ign describes the n64 version of re2 "cleaner and smother" and also yes all the fmv is in the game witch is "cut scenes" the only real trick the ps1 could pull that the n64 couldn't because n64 took cartridges and ps1 took cd-roms but even the cut scenes witch I didn't even know till now had the cut scene look just as good and ingame for n64 does look better..........
thinking back and I did see everygame mentioned on this thread another n64 game that looked far beyound what I seen on ps1 was Duke nukem zero hour and it was only for n64 and It is on youtube and if you have not seen it go look at it and add it to your list........
I'd totally forgotten about DK64. That game wins, hands down. Played it about a year ago for the first time in years (free N64 games at the hospital) and I loved it.
And Wave Race 64 still looks great. Played it on the VC last year and (aside from the character models) it was one of the best looking games of the 5th gen. Nintendo needs to bring this game back for the Wii!!
"Fear Effect 2" on the PS1

HOW DID I FORGET THIS!?! I'm "Remote Play-ing" this today!!!!!!!!!!!
Perfect Dark (remember it was running in 640*480), Turok 2 (also with the Hi Res), Banjo Kazooie and Majora's Mask. I'm tempted to give Rayman a nod as well for a great marriage of tech and art but technically it probably wasn't quite as strong as the others above.
DK 64 looked really good but I remember feeling a little let down that it didn't quite stack up graphically to Banjo Tooie. Tooie definitely had more frequent use of high res textures and I preferred it's style.
Vib Ribbon
And Parappa the Rapper
