This is just a suggestion I think it would cut down on amount of pointless/unproductive threads and make us think more about what is worth posting.

I bring this up because I am guilty of making too many them myself -_-

No we shouldn't restrict members, I do however think there should be a premium forum for regulars that arnt troublemakers.

Of course this wouldn't apply to staff.
