If so exlplain when and will there be any others after it? If not explain why, how many ps3 games will sell over 10 mln if any?

Personally i think this will be the one and only depending on how long this gen lasts, i predecit gt5 to sell 8mln. I think the genre is only getting smaller and smaller.

Pretty much this.  GT5's chances of passing 10m depend entirely on how it's bundled.  If it's like Prologue (ie: "for free" and widespread) then it definitely will.  If there's no bundles at all, I think it'll top out around 6-7m worldwide (say 4m EU, 1.5m NA, 800k JP).

lol at all the GT5 hate...from what i've seen most all last gen titles have surpassed their predecessors. GT5 will pass 10M mark my words,...and so will MW2.

I don't think it will be the only one though. there is still Modern Warfare 3 and maybe another GTA game.

And I really hope GT5 crosses 10 million too.

Not Sony's.  From what I can tell, the only one that really has is Killzone 2, which was insanely hyped/pushed this gen compared to KZ1.  Pretty much every other Sony franchise (Ratchet & Clank, Hot Shots Golf, Siren, Singstar, BUZZ, Boku no Natsuyasumi, etc) has taken an appreciable tumble.  GOW3 might beat out it's predecessors too, but again it's prominence has been greatly increased this gen compared to last.  I don't the same will really be true for GT5.
