That's REALLY subjective...I'm pretty sure many people know of games with good stories that don't involve hours upon hours of cutscens...I cetainly do.

Anyway before you complain, wait to play it. If you really liked Xenogears/Xenosaga obviously you'd want Xenoblade as well.

I don't want to build expectations for this game, it has an incredible potential that if I allow my imagination to run wild enough, I will get disappointed, and I don't want to :P

For some reason I'm not too excited for xenoblade.

Last Story has my hype in uncontrollable levels, though!

heh..
i knew i'd buy the two games regardless

the last story is exactly what i want in an RPG game.. plus i'm a sucker to that kind of art designs; and

at first, though,
i thought xenoblade was pretty epic also but i kinda didn't like the first video i saw..
looking at it now certainly has my attention

Well, The Last Story is still high on my hype meter. So is Xenoblade, but I am a bit hmm on the battle system. I need more details on it to be sure it is a must buy.
