America? Hell no, the gap is way too big and odds are that the 360 will keep on widening that gap (in the US) ever so slightly for the remainder of the gen or at the very least maintain it.
This, however, won't prevent the PS3 from eventually outselling it worldwide with a massive weekly lead in Eu/Others (and no gap to catch up) and the 360 barely keeping ahead of the PS2 in Japan.

Wii will win in the end! Sony has put out like 4 games published by them so far in 2010 while Nintendo has put out 1 so far this year and Wii is still outselling it every week by a decent amount.

I am sorry if I hurt you in anyway but I didn't know 100% because he never said P.S.3 VS. 360 he said the war. Also to answer your question as to why Wii fans come in and say the Wii won. Well I can't answer for anyone but me so the reason I did was because you say your tired of people stating that the Wii won while I am tired of everyone not including Wii in this gen. Its like the Wii doesn't exist to anyone but Nintendo fans. People say that the Wii sucks and should count as a last gen console so they don't count it but the truth is the Wii came out during this gen, counts, and is in 1st right now by a lot. I didn't mean to sound rude but the Wii does count and needs to be counted as in the war and when the Wii is being disregarded for a certain comment then it needs to be said as such.
