When I say this, I think to myself. Will the 3DS, or what have you, be $149.99 upon launch?
Also, will the Power Wii or what have you be $249.99 upon launch?
I hope so.
Pixel Art can be fun.

I think Ninty may try a $300 with the console, because the Wii could have sold just as much at that price with the crazy demand it had.
Other than that, yea they should keep things the way they are now.
Leatherhat on July 6th, 2012 3pm. Vita sales:"3 mil for COD 2 mil for AC. Maybe more. " thehusbo on July 6th, 2012 5pm. Vita sales:"5 mil for COD 2.2 mil for AC."
For me it does not matter but Nintendo would go for an affordable price from the start as this gen again proves that it won’t sell good if is to expensive.
Nintendo has learned from their competitors and their own past mistakes so they won’t do those again but there is always room for new ones :P

They're goign to have to bump th price to make it equivalent to a 2006 price. Inflation, and all.

Awhile back my sister said that one of the things she liked about Nintendo was that they didn’t "Start selling systems at insane prices in order to drop the price soon after" and that "From day 1 Nintendo sells products at a reasonable price" ...
While there are people who might disagree with that assessment, or might argue that she doesn’t understand what the technology is really worth, I think it is a fairly good representation of how the mass market sees Nintendo’s current price structure. I think Nintendo has some room to increase the price of their next systems (probably up to $300 for their home console and $179 for the 3DS) I think they should try to keep their next systems in the same price range; and possibly continue to include things like the packed in game.
sounds good to me, although i have a feeling they'll go with $299 for some reason :/
$150 seems way too low for Nintendo to launch the 3DS
Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.
Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash
