Many people but not in the way your thinking. The Death Note controls when one dies so you could essentially make people immortal...or I'm forgetting something from the anime..

Former something....

Its something I've been thinking of sporadically over the past few months and I've come to the conclusion that the only person Death Noting would benefit lots and lots of people would be Kim Jong Il. Nobody can deny that North Korea and yes, the world, would be better off without him. Maybe his son would suceed him.. but maybe he could be Death Noted as well.

I would have done it to George W. Bush and Dick Cheney to stop the Iraq War but now that's pretty much done, there is no need.

Other than that.. Nobody else comes to mind. Osama bin Laden maybe?

Hmmm..

Who would you use it on?

Wouldn’t it have made more sense to kill Saddam Hussein than George W. Bush or Dick Cheney? While I certainly don’t believe that the ends justify the means, or that the Iraq war was in any way justified, the people of Iraq are far better off today because of the war primarily because of how awful Saddam Hussein was.

If you don't put how they die they just die from a heart attack.

It's either in 50 or 60 seconds. I forget.

Also, it would of taken a LOT more then killing Bush and Cheney to stop the Iraq war. The dems have backpeddled since but they were just as willing to plunge in if somehow they would of gotten in power.

Probably no-body.

Closest I would come is Kim Jong Il. But it challenges my morals, I'm anti death penalty but on the other hand I can see that the death of Kim Jong Il and his successors would improve the lives of millions. It's a tough one.

I dunno, I mean you kill Kim Jong Il and his children, that just creates a power vacuum that probably would be filled by Civil war end just another brutal dictatorship.

About 90% of the politicians of the world....
