I can't understand japanese, so it's hard to judge, but is this really the 3DS? 

EDIT: NVM, I think its fake. It's probably a real cell phone commercial that had some video editing to put Mario on it.

Edit: no it is not the 3DS as It was supposed to have an analogue stick

It's obviously not the 3DS. Way too small and that thing would be awful to hold for continuous handheld gaming.

It's a nice joke though.

The questions which of the two announcements are the April Fools bit.  There was the one before April 1st, where the 3DS was announced and now you have the one made on April 1st, where Nintendo is said to report that the 3DS isn't real, and it was an April Fool's joke.

Nope, that's not the 3DS. The videos of the games were from old Nintendo platforms like the GBA and the Virtual Boy. The video even showed DSI ware. Yet I did like the Lady picking a grape from the Screen. That was not 3D. That was 4D.

You mean like what the PS3 has? When will we see any 4D stuff on it I have waited ever since they announced it :P
