Another advice I can give you is try not to repeat "yo" every sentence, the text is better if you only say it in the first, then leave it out of the next ones (Spanish, unlike english, lets you do that)

Yo puedo comprender la idioma cuando oir perro no cuando leer. Mi problema es yo creo en ingles y cambiar a espanol. Necessito creo en espanol.

Yo puedo comprender el idioma cuando  lo oigo (also can be "al oirlo") pero no cuando lo leo (also can be "al leerlo"). Mi problema es que yo pienso en inglés y lo traduzco ("cambio" doesn't fit here) al español. Necesito pensar ("creer" means "to believe". When you mean "think" you have to use "pensar") en español.
