It relesased in the US already. 40k sales.

That was 2 days and only Gamestop released it early. Majority of the US didn't get the game until the 19th, Sony themselves advertised it for the 19th.

Seriously pre-judge if I ever saw one. That is not to say it won't bomb but last week Vgchartz recording are in no way proof of that.

This doesn't help at all. All it does is give devs who have faith in Sony (Naughty Dog as an example) more of a reason to go multiplatform. They have to make up for sales somehow.
