Just finished downloading it on my Slim. That was totally necessary.
I am actually glad this is here and done in this fashion. I "should" be able to get permission to keep using Linux too, so that is awesome.

After you download, it gives you the option to cancel the installation at the expense of going on the internet and what not, so there isn't an outright blanket ban, it's once again giving you options.
I'm sure Geodude will still take it as a slur against him.
