Light, Fang and Hope

Copy cat & then you went & got the growth egg before me!

@Neos

I would have used snow but Fang was way hotter (obviously).

and always start with com/rav/rav as starting paradigm in non-boss battles.
otherwise a med/syn/sen (in end boss battles) is the best option to start with imo.

for me Vanielle has 336 magic and Hope has 330, should I still go with Hope?

I always prefer hp over dmg, so snow was the obvious choice for me.

It's not only the stats that count. You most likely have hope with medic/synergists skill, and because of that, hope is the better choice.

Lightning, Fang and Hope/Vanille.

This, with hope being preferrable.

Also, you probably might not want to keep Lightning as your leader by Chapter 12. Her summon is definitely not the best, and her special attack does not deal that much damage. Go with Fang, since Saboteurs suck at AI and her special move is KICK-ASS!

I prefer damage over HP personally

HP isn't a big problem cus I can use cure

but a lower strength in the long run can be a problem.

That's because even though you hyped the game to the high heavens and act like it is the greatest thing since sliced bread you are still the game's biggest noob.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Got a retro room? Post it here!

Well I'm on Chapter 10 at the moment, and I've found Lightning Snow and Hope to be a really good team.

My paradigms are: (Can't remember name)

Start off as COM RAV RAV for max DPS
When you get low health, switch to MED SEN MED for faster heals, trust me, although it seems pointless, it helps.

I usually just switch between those two, I THINK they're called Relentless Assault, and Combat Clinic

If you really like, you could start off as MED SEN SYN, and wait until Hope has buffed you all, and then switch to COM RAV RAV and carry on normally, this can be helpful in harder battles.

If you haven't noticed, in my strategies, the first is Lightning, then Snow, then Hope, in that order.

Although people may say otherwise, I've found it to be a very great line-up, especially since I chose to go with the Gladius and have it at level 18, and Snow is using the Power Circle levelled up to 16, and Hope has uhh... the purple boomerang at level 15.

I'm thinking of switching Lightning over to the Axis Blade for the ATB effect, however, I've invested too much into my Gladius to just get rid of it, and at the moment, it doesn't seem worth the effort to grind the materials to level it, especially since its base strength is lower than that of the Gladius, can anyone else in the thread tell me if I chose the better option, or should I really switch?
