So,Too Human 2 would go multiplatform?

I wonder if the people agreeing actually have any knowledge about the business side of game making outside of reading blog posts and message board forums? I wonder if they've even taken a college level business course before?
42 posts = no understanding = ignorant poster? I mean no offense but seriously now, you shouldn't make blanket statements like that!
Tease.

Just going by first impressions they used expensive voice actors and the game was in development for a long time. It was bound to lose money even if it went multiplat. Was just a bad time to release that game on that system. if a Wii game got Brad Pitt to be a voice actor I'm sure 1.5 m copies wouldn't be enough either. Which is why I don't understand why people are using this as a HD vs Wii development argument.

No excuses here! Heavenly Sword was 6 hours long, had normal graphics, sold 1.5m for $60 on Americas all the time and still didn't break even. Come on guys, whoever was managing the budget of this game must be hanged from a tree upside down and have his balls repeadtly hit by a baseball bat.
It really depends on the situation, what if the game costed multiples of ten million to develop? That 1.5 million sales that it did will definitely be unable to recoup the investment that they made.
I don't know, the game may not have made a dime for the developers but it sure did get their name out there. It also made enough to finance their next project which is sure to get a lot more publicity and interest now than if they were to go straight into a multi-plat, lower budget game without the name appeal of "the developers behind Heavenly Sword". I'm sure Heavenly Sword also financed a lot of their learning curve and developer mistakes that they sure would have made making their first large budget title.
