A cheap (£5) N64 controller of mine broke...but not physically...i think it had some loose connection, only lasted a few weeks.
Just to clarify, my friend isn't a violent man, exactly -- he wouldn't attack you if he got mad at you. But he does express his emotions physically, so he might go home and punch a hole in a wall.
One time he'd been trying very hard to beat some part of Soulcalibur III with a particular character. When he finally did, he threw his hands up excitedly ... right through the ceiling tiles of his basement.

Riped the cable of 2 PSone controllers , destroyed my NES controller and my Atari 2600 ( yeah , weird huh ) , oh and at least 5 keyboards and mouses where harmed during online shooter sessions :P ( reminds me of that german kid :P ) .

Same thing, only the controller did break, and it was Yoshi Story. :( I also broke 4 gc controllers, 5 gc disk (including SSBM and WW) and one N64, all by accident. Now, though, i'm taking a lot better care of my wii stuff.
I've broken 3rd Party Controllers on my PS2. I dropped them by accident or used the buttons to much. Cheap Fragile Crap.
Boycotting the following:
1. Yoshi: He ate my car and spit out a toaster.
2. Igglybuff: Totally false advertisement. You can have as many as you like they don't buff nothing.
3. the Terms Hardcore/Softcore... We're talking Video Games. Not Porn.
4. The term Casual as relates to Gamers: We make them sound like outsider's that happen to play games. If that were the case they'd own a PS3.
5. Donuts.... Beacause I drink Beer...... and the biggest fan of Donuts hates Beer.
6. Boycotts: Their so lame.
I'd like to add to my previous post :D Now that I think of it we have gone through quite a few N64 controllers XD All I can say, is the original mario party + analog stick = white plastic powder :3

i tried to break my n64 controller several times while playing mario party, when i got cheated out of a star etc. luckily is was young and weak so i never actually broke one lol.
