My Rathalos-phobia is throwing me off entirely, as now Rathian's back to kicking my ass again. Plus when my first-ever encounter with Diablos led to a swift death, i was scared to the point of walking around with my shield up for the rest of the quest as long as i was in the same room as him.

This game's messing with my mind :/

I'm closing in on a solution actually. Finally got in with a group that wasn't obsessed over that damned Blood Sport quest, and was able to secure the Acrus Lance. That should be the key to Rathalos, since it's his second weakness (after Dragon), and my only problem at the end was that i wasn't getting enough damage quick enough.

I'll be on anyway, but now i'm looking for alternate armor. It's well past time to upgrade from the basic Pecco set, and i'm looking at Ingot and... Rathalos, actually.

That phantom uragaan quest is surreal. And now that i've realized Ingot Armor is possible (aside from those random nutrient crystals or whatever the hell they are), i think i have a future again. Guard Up would play right into my playstyle, and i've always wanted Wind Resistance.

I'm on the PAL servers (HR 40 atm), don't get to go on much anymore seeing as how uni started again. Anyhoo I'm just running through some of the low rank quests with high rank armor and weapons just to fill in the gaps in my armor collection.
