Yeah sorry I noticed this now. I haven't tried to access this for a little while but just wanted to check this out now.
Are the comparisons written in pure PHP because I want to do something similar to this myself for some other data I have (not to do with video games) and am wondering if you built it yourself or if you simply input all of the data into a massive spreadsheet and let the coding do the work for you? Did you code it yourself? That's a hell of a job!!! Maintaining and upgrading this site is a hell of a lot of work, and honestly it is coming along brilliantly, if you did a lot of this work yourself ioi you deserve a LOT of praise and back patting!!!
(Y) well done!
I will grow to the vgchartz name I suppose, I think vgcharts.org was good, but I do admit to going to the vgcharts.com site by accident on occasion.
Personally I like the old forum setup better, it was very quick and simple, this one looks better and has some more features, but is a little slower and slightly clunkier too.
Sorry, I'm not 'bitching' i'm just interested in making this site very good because it's very useful and trying to provide constructive critcism.
Wow.. Big Improvement!

One thing I have noticed - when you quote a post that includes a mix(?) of the old/new quoting system, you get a solid block of messy text in the post window. It makes it impossible to actually insert your comments within the post itself.
Future quotes/edits seem to work fine (but the old quoted text is still a block).
Its looking pretty good - a bit of time, and all the bugs will be ironed out and the site will be sweet-as :)

Looks really good! A good improvement over the old version.
I haven't had any problems yet...I'm trying stuff out still. Great new rich text format with the forums and everything, very useful stuff. And I just quoted shams for the heck of it...trying stuff out.

LEFT4DEAD411.COM
Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release. (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )
Can't say I like the new name, but everything else seems a big improvement. Congrats!

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of replacing s with z...but I can live with it. It makes the name of the site different than others, and at least a bit less bland I suppose. Keep it up ioi!

Very cool.
Would be nice if the navigation bar loaded the sub-navigation on rollover, instead of on click. Not necesary, but would be cool.

"The way to solve this problem lies in how to communicate what kind of games [they CAN play]."
