Forums - General - getting skinny again

so, its been 3&1/2 months since i had my little guys and i have lost almost 50lbs(i gained like 60lbs...yuck!)....im so proud of myself. i  have about 30lbs left to go to get to my target weight and im hopping to be back to my little self by july....been working out every day....yeah me! :O)

I'm trying to do the complete opposite, I go to the gym 4 times a week and eat as much as possible to try and gain weight lol



yeah, i wish i had the problem of not gaining weight...i have always had such a low metabolism and being on bed rest the last month of the pregnancy just packed it on...its encouraging though when every day your down a little, even if its just a 1/4lb....

extra virgin coconut oil

get a mini rebounded for the home you only need 10 minutes on that a day

ive tried the green tea before and it hasnt made a difference in the past, but who knows, maybe it would now....i have used extra virgin coconut oil in my cooking, but i didnt know it could help with weight....i try and drink a lot of water, but im not a big fan. and i walk a few miles a day when the weather is good and i have been doing a boot camp work out video...i think just doing something consistently and watching my calories will make the big difference...and i think the possibility of going to nc in may and having a wedding to go to in june will help keep me going.

10 glasses of anything a day is ridiculous IMO...especially water...

Like Gilgamesh I'd like to gain some more weight but I don't go to the gym and work out at home. Good luck.

Actually, a normal adult needs anywhere from 4-6 bottles of water a day.

i too am tiring to gain wait and cant i eat alot i just stay the same

the 10 glass of water isnt just for weight loss its important for your body to cleanse and helps get rid of toxins its also a good aid for a whole host of diseases like high blood pressure and diabetes

and water helps reconnect the endogenous electrical circuits in your body's living tissue, electricity will not travel through dry tissue as many as 70-80% of all adults are dehydrated its vital for almost anyone in pain to drink more water dehydration is a main cause of non injury and non impact injury pain

its not that hard i drink 2-3 glasses before breakfast when my stomach is empty thats the best time to drink the most then 2 glass 4 times later on in the day usually with meals

u guys might be mistaking ur portions most cups that you drink out of at home are huge and hold 2-3 cups of water or 16-24oz, drinking about 8-10oz 10 times a day or 16-24oz 4-5 times a day depending on ur lifestyle and size will be good enough
