ive tried the green tea before and it hasnt made a difference in the past, but who knows, maybe it would now....i have used extra virgin coconut oil in my cooking, but i didnt know it could help with weight....i try and drink a lot of water, but im not a big fan. and i walk a few miles a day when the weather is good and i have been doing a boot camp work out video...i think just doing something consistently and watching my calories will make the big difference...and i think the possibility of going to nc in may and having a wedding to go to in june will help keep me going.
