Primal Fear is a real good one
Vertigo
One of my all time favourites and once you get into the film you'll be thinking WTF right up until the end. It creates tension and chills like nothing else I've seen.
As others have suggested Mulholland Drive is a huge WTF film, still don't think I fully understand it.
glad to see you watched fight club, one amazing film. and pulp fiction, shawshank redemption and se7en are also some of my favorite films . Departed isnt on that list so watch that.

If anyone claims to fully understand Mulholland Drive, they're either lying or stupid.

I'd hesitate to say I fully understand it, but as a longtime Lynch fan I think after a number of repeat viewings I've got a pretty decent handle on it.
Wonderful film, Mulholland Drive.
OT - Fight Club is an old movie? Oh my for my advancing years!
I'd say watch Cronenberg, Lynch plus all the good stuff mentioned for great films. How far back are you looking, though? Have you see some of the great black & white films that play well with perception such as The Third Man or classic Hitchcock stuff like Vertigo.
Anyway, glad you're enjoying great movies. I love 'em myself.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
Reaonable, having a "decent" grip on it is different than fully understanding it. The movie is just too bizarre and abstract to fully understand exactly what Lynch was doing but "having a good idea of where he was going with it", yeah, I can get behind that.
I'm also a Lynch fan as well as Cronenberg and several other "weird" directors.

You want WTF moments?
Three words for you: Talk to Her (Hable con ella)
Also, my favorite movie ever is Back to The Future.
As for other movies, I think folks here got a good handle on it. The people here have some good taste.
Quem disse que a boca é tua?
Qual é, Dadinho...?
Dadinho é o caralho! Meu nome agora é Zé Pequeno!

Then you have excellent taste, sir. And I salute you. No wonder I tend to agree with your posts.
'Gotta ask - what's your view on Fire Walk With Me? That one seems to divide even the Lynch fans.

I really need to watch it again. It's been years since I've seen it and I wanted to watch Twin Peaks again a few years back but just became too busy. You know what? I bet I could totally convince the girl to watch that with me. Once I finish that series up, I wanted to watch Fire Walk again to see if I "get it" this time. First time around, it just didn't do anything for me. Then again, I was like 17 at the time.
OT: Check out The City of Lost Children. It's a French film from about 10-12 years ago that is just pure awesome in its weirdness.

Rear Window
Rebecca
Psycho
North by Northwest
Hitchcock made several suspenseful films
"I don't understand how someone could like Tolstoy and Dostoyevsky, but not like Twilight!!!"
"Last book I read was Brokeback Mountain, I just don't have the patience for them unless it's softcore porn."
(The Voice of a Generation and Seece)
"If you cant stand the sound of your own voice than dont become a singer !!!!!"
