Considering what had happened with motion control, and how everyone got on board now with it, I figured it would be interesting to see who NOW thinks that the vitality sensor is nothing more than just a gimmick.  Anyone want to see that they don't see it amounting to much now?

Or, if you believe it will have a huge potential impact, and may end up getting copied by Sony and Nintendo, please feel free to speak up.

Myself, I hold that MAYBE it will have an impact it if happens to actually lend to gameplay.

Gimmick no. But I will go on record that there will be no vitality sensor games that I like (so based on my opinion, no good games). If a game I want to play is made that uses the vitality sensor, I will visit the corax buffet.

Its simply a heart pulse reader, however, its the software that will make or break it and if any company can make it have great software its Nintendo.

With that said, I am 98% sure I will not want it.

Day one purchase for me, just to find out what the hell it is. That's what I did with Wii Fit and I loved it.

sure, i'll go on the record saying it won't be successful. even nintendo doesn't seem to know what to do with the thing as nintendo announced the hardware almost a year ago and we still don't have any software to go with it.

Nintendo commercial "Wii Vitality sensor now on sale!" Casuals: "we want that!" i dont see it happening and i do think its a gimmick like the wii itself.

No not a gimmick I'm looking forward to this device, I think there's more to it than meets the eye.

I like my Wii Fit quite a bit, so I'm going to go on record as saying this will be cool too. . . somehow(?)
