That is just fucking awesome.

I wonder if it would be like Nintendo's virtual console and they add games over time or if they let you choose a slew of great Dreamcast hits right out of the gate....like Soul Calibur, Sonic Adventure, Crazy Taxi, Resident Evil: Veronica, Chu Chu Rocket, Jet Grind Radio, and the countless other titles for the Dreamcast that are also awesome.

Plus what most people don't know is that dreamcast is still a viable indy platform and still sees games developed for it even today. Hypertension and probably a couple others are still due for release in 2010, and there were a handful of releases in 2009 too. 

Only space channel 5 out of the games you listed are not playable on Wii, Xbox360 and ps3 today... but i agree with the indy statement. I doubt that indy games would make it to Xbox360 though.

Some online Powerstone would be awesome. I wouldn't mind some Crazy Taxi as well. Plus we're already getting an updated Hydro Thunder (another DC favorite).

Yeah well. I have practically every Dreamcast game emulated on my laptop, doesn't mean I don't want them on my PS3 too :P
