M$ will not launch a motion controller. They are going the Natal route and will not release 2 completely contradicting devices at the same time

eye toy 2.0 = ps eye

eyetoy 2.5 = natal
some advancements over ps eye not many

eyetoy 3.0 = ps move

eyetoy 3.5 = natal + motion controller
so yeah a motion controller working with natal would be a really bad thing for sony's plans

If it is Microsoft plan to take Sony off and win their pie in the gaming market, this would be the perfect opportunity.

PS Move and PS Eye would be ridiculous compared with a Natal + Wii Like controllers.

I would laugh extremely hard like I did last E3 when they announced and demoed it, shit was classic.

natal only has a few things over the ps eye the main things being depth and full body tracking

sony added a controller to overcome this and to add more different types of gameplay than it's competitors.  microsoft adding a controller to its camera would have a significant impact on the plan that I see sony is on but technologically wise although natal + motion controller would be superior it would not be in a very significant way. imo.

It's likely that i would leave these forums for at least a week.
