Louis Cypher, the one behind the scenes pulling the strings in the Shin Megami Tensei series. Even though he can be either enemy or friend depending on your choices, he makes a damn awesome villain because... well try to figure out his TRUE identity from his name, bcause it's an pseydonym from it.

I think Sephiroth was cooler when I was younger. Now he just seems whiny to me. An androgynous emo kid with mommy issues. Characters like that just irritate me now.
I give Sephiroth a 9.3.

Raines sucks, he gets debuffed to death, pure weak sauce, and Sephiroth just gets Omega Slashed into the void, then gets limited again in AC and never accomplished anything worthwhile. At least destroy the world once or twice and become a God or something.
