Surprisingly, with all the games I play, I could only think of a few.

Zophar: (to those who don't know, he's from Lunar II Eternal Blue and he has about four different forms.)

Ghaleon: (to those who don't know, he is from Lunar Silver Star Story.)

Lavos: (from Chrono Trigger)

and Sephiroth:

to make a long story short, if I had to choose it would either be Sephiroth or Ghaleon.
