The only problem with this is that it won't have a pratical use.
Advertisement could sound interesting, but you'll lose the 3D effect (The 2 different images only work because you are close enough so that your eyes are more than 1° appart... put this in a street and you loose this due to distance.
What this tech will probably result into is 3D TVs with an angle of something like 120° so that all the living room can see perfectly well, in 3D and you have the angle of your choice (in the 120° frame). The only use for this will be video games where the graphics card can process multiple viewpoints, but for movies and such, it'll be a nightmare to create content (unless CG).
