Well, for the respective console manufacturers it'd be good if they bought one of the top PC devs (Valve, Blizzard, Epic, Bioware, Crytek), but as a PC gamer that'd be bad for me. So, for me:

Microsoft: Crystal Dynamics (could do with some better exclusive platformers)
Nintendo: Obsidian Entertainment (some good WRPGs on Wii would be cool)
Sony: Either Kojima Studios or Square-Enix's main Final Fantasy devs

For the respective company:

Microsoft: Epic (I don't think I need to say much about them other than "Gears")
Nintendo: Blizzard (Starcraft 2 on Wii :P)
Sony: Crytek (could really push PS3 beyond anything seen before and we know how Sony likes to share code between devs)

Microsoft: Bioware (I love Bioware's games and they obviously know how to develop for the system.)

Sony: Insomniac Games (Normally, I would've said Kojima Productions or Mistwalker, but I'd like them to prove those rumors about Insomniac going multi-platform AREN'T GONNA COME TO REALITY!)

Nintendo: Inti Creates (I'm going with a realistic one, since c'mon, everybody would want Capcom or Ubisoft for their consoles exclusively and big companies like those are likely to never go 1st party. I'm still HOPING for Rare, though...)
