I love the VC, but it really is overpriced, specially when considering competitors similar services and prices.

It isn't overpriced. Mr moan dude.

I wouldn't say it's overpriced or that it's just the right price, I'd say the VC isn't competitively priced. PSOne games run for 6 bucks on the Playstation Network, and if it's a killer app then it's 10 bucks. I like those prices, it means I'm more likely to download a mediocre game. With the Virtual Console, I'm not going to spend 8 bucks on a mediocre SNES or Genesis game.

But yeah, I love the Virtual Console, I've been replaying Ocarina of Time for the last couple days on my Wii (I use an N64 pad for the true experience). I have 60+ games on the Virtual Console, and I'm glad I got just about all of them.

Currently playing: Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, NBA2k11, Metal Gear Solid, Picross 3d

Yes, paying real world money for 20-year-old DRM'd Roms that are locked to one specific console sounds like an awesome investment for the future. Oh, wait...

PS.
Most of those ROMs are totally overpriced. In many cases you could buy real carts/CDs on ebay for less. Real, physical games that aren't locked to a console and that you can resell if you don't want them anymore, to use the money and buy other games. Amazing.

This ends today's reality check.

"Well certainly with the Xbox 360, we had some challenges at the launch. Once we identified that we took control of it. We wanted to do it right by our customers. Our customers are very important to us." -Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb (10/2013). Note: RRoD was fixed with the Jasper-revision 3 years after the launch of 360

"People don't pay attention to a lot of the details."-Yusuf Mehdi explaining why Xbone DRM scheme would succeed

"Fortunately we have a product for people who aren't able to get some form of connectivity; it's called Xbox 360,”-Don Mattrick

i'd really want one of these cheaper games you are talking about, on Ebay the older the games the more pricey they get plus the Tax just makes it all worthless!

"The tax makes it all worthless". Hahahaha. What, where did that come from??

Moving on. Even the more expensive old games like Dracula X Rondo of Blood are not a problem: You can buy them, play them and sell them once you are done and get most/all of your money back.

You obviously haven't seen my game list, the positive Sony and Microsoft posts I occasionally make, nor the three tongue emoticons, which means a comment isn't serious.

Your lack of emoticon comprehension, and assuming my entire tastes from that, is really disgusting and stupid.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

Does Rondo of Blood have a saving option? I know that Castlevania Rebirth doesn't, that is why I didn't get it,but, I'm very interested in Rondo of Blood.
