Always do. I worry about disc scratching. I've found a disc is more likely to scratch if I leave it in the drive, although this seems to happen primarily on PC. Other issue is if it breaks I don't want my game to accidentally go bye bye. My mate's PS2 broke and had Pro Evo in there. He asked Sony if they can send the disc back.... did they? Nope!

I always do so I don't move the console and scratch the discs by accident.

Never. I only take out the disc when I'm changing discs.

I always remove the disc from the system. There are a few select times when I don't

1) I'm in a rush and don't have time to take the game out.
2) I'm too lazy to get up to take in out. (Happens a lot during my late night sessions)

I do it cause it saves the wear on the drive especially on a 360 which reads the disk drive on start up.

Now Playing: Crysis 2

Last Finished: BulletStorm

Online IDs: PSN: computermaximus, XBL: computermaximus

Which reminds me that it's much more of a chore to change discs on the Wii than on the PS3 (which makes me feel spoiled and lazy as hell xP), but I don't have to go to the console to eject the disc, and the Wii just feels old-fashioned because of it.

I feel embarrassed...

I eject my games all the time from my PS3 for few reason:
- i like to keep them in their case like i do with dvd/blu ray movies, i dont like an empty case lol
- less confusing as i always open up the box case first to take out the game that i want to play before checking if there's a game in the console
- incase it YLOD on me, i wouldnt want to send in my PS3 to Sony with my game/movie inside incase i want to play/watch it on a different PS3 (ex. a friend's house)

If you have a 40 GB you can still get it out. I did it with my mom's PS3 when it YLOD'ed.

Thanks for the info, ill keep that in mind if it happens to my bro's PS3 since he has that model, but I have 80gb BWC.  My friend has the same model as me and his YLOD and he had to get it sent back with his Infamous game inside.  Just dont want that to happen if mine YLOD, dont want to send it what isnt necessary, and it might not even come back (theiving workers lol).
