looks like its very much likely that ff 7 remake  will be around launch of ps4

Square made a PS3 tech demo years ago featuring the opening of FFVII.
But that did not mean a remake was coming as we have seen.

So it's not 'very much likely' to me at all.

I hear they're going to remake it by tripping the number of cutscenes, removing all that open world exploration, limiting the characters so you can only use one color of Meteria at a time and taking out all the minigames and everything else that made FFVII good.

In other words they're going to remake it as FFXIII-2
