First of all, Sony funded the development of God of War, so of course they're going to make a big deal about it.

Second of all, they aren't ignoring other titles like Heavy Rain, Final Fantasy or even White Knight Chronicles. All of those titles got major announcements at places like E3 and TGS, as well as backing from Sony in either development or marketing.

White Knight Chronicles is not worthy of Sony's attention. Heavy Rain is getting plenty. And God of War III deserves all the attention it gets.

The truth hurts. Sony shouldn't waste what little marketing muscle it has on a game with 60-something on Metacritic. Microsoft spent tons of money on mediocre JRPGs this gen and what good did it do?

Pfft, truth? your post is far from the truth, Metacritic doesn't effect the quality of a game to every gamer out there, if you honestly believe these so called "pro" reviewers > actual gamers tastes, then fine.

However i let know one pull my fucking strings to what games i like, don't act so high an' mighty thinking the truth hurts when its just your opinion on the subject, infact your opinion is highly doubtful anything WKC related anyway since you haven't played it to begin with to be able to form an' opinion, atleast darth played it an' gave credit were its due.

you guys should come to EBgames next to my home the whole store is flooded with god of war 3 billboards and FFXIII for PS3 billboards.

maybe people should play the game for themselves that way you will see how overly harsh they have been towards WKC. I just completed it, I have loved it all apart from one twist in the story, but that does not equal a 60% score in my books, I still think it's a 8.4/10.

no they are not advertising GOW enough after playing on the demo, my mind was blown, truly, I will have to get both FF XIII and GOW III now, I am having to sell old games just to afford to do this, then I'm officially broke for the rest of the year.
