Personally, no. I haven't witnessed anything that
suggests that they exist, but I can't prove that they don't so
you may as well take my input with a grain of salt.

Well, you couldn't prove that Zeus, Thor nor Transformers hadn't ever existed either. Though, I'm sure people have heard anecdotes in the past of communications with Zeus, Thor and, well, maybe not the Transformers.

Not being able to prove something exists does not make your thought on the matter any less valid than anyone elses.

People have had, apparently, 'supernatural' experiences all throughout history, whether they interpret them as spirits, ghosts, deities, angels, demons, etc I would suppose is derived from their perspective. That's my take on it anyhow.

In short - No.

That book was great.

I like fiction.

This whole subject could go in a very philosophical way.

Angels and Demons do exist.

So do the angelic classes. but not all of them.

Im pretty sure they go like this...

Angel - They do God's most common duties.

Cherub - Forget what they do.

Guardian Angels - Protected Jesus an' the like back in the day.

Watchers - dunno what they do either.

Thrones - Though these may be False angels. or made up.

Seraph's or also known as Seraphims - By far the most powerful among them all.

Archangel - Spoke to soon, these are the most powerful among them all, but theres only a few of them compared to the rest, even at seraphim standards.

Fallen Angels or also known as Demons - The black winged ones, not good here folks and they exist all across the world far an' wide since god got pissed and flung them outta' heaven.

There was a few more but i forget.

Also there are only 2 or 3 officially named angels in both the new an' old testements, Gabriel and Michael, Michael being jesus himself but as his heavenly name.

I'm sure if you looked hard you'd find some people who're convinced they've communed with the Transformers... which sums up the whole thing quite nicely I'd say.

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

Goodness, sounds like a final fantasy game or something, how can you fall for that BS ...

Let's be clear. Of course you cannot explicitly "prove" that these beings exist. That much is certain. Excluding certain texts, the only thing anyone has to go by is anecdotal evidence...

My university's campus is split up into two simple areas: "north campus" and "south campus". The entire south campus used to be an old nunnery, and there's even an ancient graveyard full of nuns right behind the dormitory. There's all sorts of underground tunnels and basement passageways connecting all of the south campus buildings. It's a creepy place to begin with. And that's in the daytime. My freshman year, two older friends of mine gave me a tour of the basement of these buildings (collectively known as "Seton") around 2 in the morning. They had told me all sorts of things that they had seen at Seton late at night, and I could feel that the presence of the basement was slightly...off. One of their particularly memorable encounters was with a being they called "Mr. Teeth", a tall, black shadowy figure with a distinct toothy grin. My friend Stephen said he had once been approached by Mr. Teeth; it just sort of floated out from around a corner and started moving towards him. As it moved closer and he got a better look at it, it cocked its head to the side and smiled real wide, showing rows of teeth. Stephen then bolted for the nearest door. While Stephen claims it was a ghost (which I don't believe in), I am certain that thing was a demon.

A friend of mine from church once told me about another incident. This friend is from out of town, so he's temporarily living with a married couple (also from our church) while he does an internship at our church. They live on the upper level of a two-decker, two-family apartment house. Late one night while sleeping, the husband and wife woke up to the sound of a loud, hellish shriek from below. Their dog was cowering underneath the bed, shaking violently; they had never seen their dog so scared. In the morning, they asked everyone (the friend staying with them as well as the neighbors living below them) and no one had heard anything. It was as if it had never happened... except for the behavior of the dog.

No, I like to pretend that book doesn't exist. Just the same as every other Dan Brown novel.

Dammit, beat me to it.

But yeah, Dan Brown should be banned from writing anything longer than two paragraphs again.
