Well, you couldn't prove that Zeus, Thor nor Transformers hadn't ever existed either. Though, I'm sure people have heard anecdotes in the past of communications with Zeus, Thor and, well, maybe not the Transformers.

Not being able to prove something exists does not make your thought on the matter any less valid than anyone elses.

People have had, apparently, 'supernatural' experiences all throughout history, whether they interpret them as spirits, ghosts, deities, angels, demons, etc I would suppose is derived from their perspective. That's my take on it anyhow.

In short - No.

I'm sure if you looked hard you'd find some people who're convinced they've communed with the Transformers... which sums up the whole thing quite nicely I'd say.
