what a ridiculous statement to get out of this.  The reason people talk mostly about graphics when something isn't out yet is because that's basically all there is to discuss, if we got a demo for it we'd talk about gameplay, and once we play it we can talk about story but based solely on trailers the only thing you can usually tell is generalities about story and gameplay and the only thing you can directly discuss with any modicum of assuredness is the graphics/presentation as a whole.

Did you not see a God of War III trailer?

There basically saying this next game is either going to look on par or better then GoW, I dunno about you but that's pretty exciting that Sony can keep topping themselves with graphics like this. And since I'm a graphics whore, yes graphics matter quite a bit. Just look at how many people bought Crysis.
