Those looking at Bad Company 2 as only a single-player game might come away disappointed. It's an action packed, gorgeous, and explosive game but it doesn't quite come together into a campaign for the ages. It more feels like an added bonus to the multiplayer game and for those in search of that, this is a great choice. Bad Company 2 as an online shooter is flexible and engaging, offering several features that the competition can only dream of. If you're looking for a more strategic and team-based change of pace, look no further. This is the game for you.

Nah.. Great review but i felt that the game should atleast deserve a 9 because you know the number 8.9 is unattractive LOL
Anyway i don't know much about the single player campaign but i was hooked on the multiplayer BETA, i was on that EVERYDAY! well almost but one of the best Multiplayer games around, maybe on the same level as KZ2 lol but definitely a purchase soon

Meh...8.9 is just being an ass IMO. I mean i havnt played the game...the demo was great and had far less issues then MW2...but how long did it take everyone here to beat MW2 single player? I mean...it didnt take that long either. eh well...not a bad review...looking forward to play

MW2 had hype. Bad company 2 not so much.

Hype is the unofficial, secret ratingspoint - and certainly a important one. Without it MW2 probably would have scored similar like BC2.

the fact they gave MW2 a higher rating in graphics then BF is silly...compare the two reviews and it just leave me speechless...
