Nasty things are more common than most people would like to admit.

As for me, I bite my nails instead of trimming them and pick my nose when there is something really bothering me there.

I bite my nails (working on breaking that habbit, put some yucky tasting "stop bite" nail polish on) and sometimes don't wash my hands before eating.

Biting my nails and picking at my toenails. I do the ball thing, but VERY rarely. Like once every 2-3 months when I am feeling weird, it's just a man thing I guess.

Ok, some of this stuff is just plain disgusting, but is not washing hands before eating really that disgusting?  I hardly ever have meals that involve my hands touching any of the food that will be eaten whatsoever.

I'd have to say one of the grosser things I do is picking my nose, and for all you who still eat your buggers...that is absolutely and totally disgusting.
