I think its less that and more the lack of long term memory like most people involved with games It was brought up at the summit yesterday, at least on the IGN live blog it was listed on there, so I'm guessing that was apart of the presentation.

Nintendo has been working the angle that their console can support third party software, so they mention these stats whenever they can, I wouldn't doubt that they'll say it again at E3, sadly I don't see it working... many companies are just too ignorant to try...

Yeah, yeah, whatever. Who needs facts when I can just make things up? The next talking point is to say those games are crap so those sales don't matter. Heard this all before.

Bet between Slimbeast and Arius Dion about Wii sales 2009:

If the Wii sells less than 20 million in 2009 (as defined by VGC sales between week ending 3d Jan 2009 to week ending 4th Jan 2010) Slimebeast wins and get to control Arius Dion's sig for 1 month.

If the Wii sells more than 20 million in 2009 (as defined above) Arius Dion wins and gets to control Slimebeast's sig for 1 month.
