Forums - Sony Discussion - Arc The Lad: Twilight of the Spirits: One Amazing Jrpg

I just recently remembered about a jrpg that I played a few years back called Arc The Lad: Twilight of the Spirits. I remembered it being absolutely fantastic. The storyline was really compelling (Darc's story in particular was AWESOME and very original), the characters were awesome (Darc FTW) and the battle system was very good (not the best though). Has anyone here played this jrpg before?

Never heard of it before now.

I have never played Twilight of the Spirits, but I have tried Arc the Lad 1 or 2 from Arc the Lad Collection(theres also 3 on it, but I only played one, not sure which one). That was some time ago and I haven't played a lot so I don't remember much.

I own it right now... still haven't finished it. What I played has been pretty good though.

4 ≈ One

Its on PS2, the game overall is good. Cons in my opinion are: changing to the story when your getting into one. Each time I was really getting inside the story it would switch to the other character point of view :(. Other than that, the game become way to easy at the end when you can attack with the airship. But overall its a good game, cutscene are awesome, battle system works really well before the airship, story is interesting and its not too repetitive. I think ill replay it sometime, its still sitting in my big RPG library.

hear of the series, always was interested... never actually saw it in a store :p

oh well I guess that is one of the series that just passed by me.
