if developers would've taken a a little longer on these games, maybe they would have been worth buying and or much better..

I'd knock Secret Rings off there. The game was well polished, what it needed was some of its rather deliberate elements removed (like the idiotic "unlock better controls" thing).

Otherwise it's good. Maybe substitute that for TMNT Smash Up, which just needed more time for more damn characters.

I haven't played it fully, but I know it was lack of Nomura's interest when doing it. I think the graphics could be improved, that's the only reason I put it on the list.
